The Grounds Keeper is a café, function and catering business set in the spacious Francis Park inside Blacktown Showgrounds. We craft every meal from ingredients which are carefully selected from premium suppliers to ensure the menu is fresh and flavoursome.
Chef Sam HayekSam’s passion for food started in his mother’s kitchen in the north of Lebanon and evolved into a successful career managing cafes, catering, functions and consulting. He is driven by a love of good quality cuisine that brings joy to his customers, and families together.
Everything produced by Grounds Keeper must pass Sam’s test – if he would proudly serve it to his family, he will share it with his customers. Sam creates spaces and cuisine for all tastes. He draws inspiration from his Lebanese background to serve home-style classics, and has experience creating fine feasts, grazing tables and desserts to celebrate any occasion. |

Grounds Keeper has been helping its customers to celebrate since its inception. We can hold your event in our Blacktown café, a sanctuary in Francis Park, or can cater for a location of your choice. We approach every function and client as an individual and tailor a package and price to suit each event. From engagement parties, birthdays to charity events, we have done it all.
